    You are solely responsible for:

    We are not liable for any hiring decisions, employee disputes, legal claims, or any other business outcomes resulting from your use of the Digital Product. Your reliance on any information provided in the Digital Product is solely at your own risk.

    4. Delivery and Refund Policy

    • Delivery: Upon successful payment, the Digital Product will be made available to you for download via a link sent to your provided email address.

    • Refunds: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the product, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once the Digital Product has been purchased and the download link has been delivered. Please ensure the product is right for you before purchasing.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE DIGITAL PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE DIGITAL PRODUCT.

    6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

    These Terms and any dispute arising out of your use of the Digital Product shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute or claim relating in any way to these Terms or the Digital Product will be resolved by binding arbitration in Landen, Ohio, rather than in court.

    7. General Provisions

    • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Catalyst Strategic Learning Group regarding the Digital Product.

    • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck, and the remaining provisions will be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

    • Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will post the revised Terms on our website and update the "Last Updated" date.
